Annual Dinner is made possible by the leadership and dedication of our co-chairs, who help build support for the event by engaging their networks, cultivating sponsors, and generating excitement for BGCB’s mission. Their leadership helps bring together the community and raise critical funds to support young people across Boston and Chelsea.
Kassia Davis
KADA | PF Flyers
Kassia Davis is a Boston-based entrepreneur, mom, and business leader with decades of experience in the activewear and footwear industries. She is the Founder and CEO of KADA, a sustainable ready-to-wear collection of elevated essentials, where she leads a six-woman team rethinking the way we approach what we wear. Davis spent more than a decade at New Balance, her family’s company, building expertise across product, sales, and global merchandising. She is also the current Owner and Executive Chairwoman of PF Flyers, where she led the relaunch of the iconic ’90s sneaker brand.
Davis serves as a Trustee of the New Balance Foundation and Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston, and on the boards of West End House Boys & Girls Club and Boston Children’s Museum, as well as the Board of Regents of Boston College. A passionate advocate for women in business and respected civic leader, Davis was named one of Boston Magazine’s 100 Most Powerful Young Business Leaders.
Chris Kay

Chris Kay is Senior Executive Vice President and Head of Enterprise Platforms at M&T Bank, where he leads enterprise-wide marketing, communications, customer experience, digital and transformation, while also overseeing M&T’s Community Markets teams and Retail Banking and Business Banking divisions.
With more than 35 years of leadership experience across banking, healthcare and technology, Chris joined M&T in 2018 after leadership roles at Humana, Citi Ventures and Target. Passionate about building organizations that drive operational excellence and meaningful outcomes for customers and communities, Chris has focused on deepening M&T’s engagement across New England and strengthening partnerships that advance economic opportunity and community growth. He brings that same commitment to his support of BGCB and its mission to help the next generation reach its full potential.
